Improvements

• RT-10328 - Better value format handling for Excel import. In particular, import of protected cells made problems.
• RT-10424 - PDF export did not heed "Export Selection" for a single selected page. Entire layout was exported.
• (no issue #) - Excel import will no longer generate duplicate character style sheets when the same Excel document is imported twice.
  Unused character style sheets generated during import will be removed again when the import is over.

Stability

Several enhancements. Descriptions useless without the documents, the are referring to.

Minor UI Enhancement

• RT-8488 - Progress bar for EPS export.
