Improvements

• RT-11384 - Better mapping of encoding in Greek Helvetica when converting from RagTime 3 documents.
• RT-11472 - (Introduced in some Nightly Build:) Names in text components displayed "Complete text" rather than the real range in all cases.
• (void) - Improvements for compacting documents opened from server volumes.
• (void) - Due to some previous improvement in stationary pad handling, a stationary pad could not be modified any longer after tearing off from it. This problem has been solved

Stability

Several enhancements. Descriptions useless without the documents, the are referring to.

Minor UI Enhancement

• (void) - Creating a name in name editor now sets the new name to edit mode immediatelly.
