install dictionary

Hi,

I'm a ragtime 6,5 user on OSX. I have got the educational licence, so I bought the italian dicitonary, 'cause the educational licence do not give to you all the dictionary.

Ragtime.de send me a folder called 'italiano' with the italian hypenation and italian dicitonary inside.
Where I have to put the folder in order to let Ragtime see it? I tried the preference folder, the 'dictionary' folder inside Ragtime pack, the Application Support in library: but Ragtime do not allow me to use the italian dicitonary and hypenation. Where is the right place to use it?

Hi Fabrizio,

with a right-klick on RagTime you can see the contents of this package. There are the dictionaries too.

Thank you, I tried, but I got an error from Ragtime: "Automatic hypenation is not possibile
The dictionary "Regole sillabazione italiano.hyph" for "Italian" is incompatible with this version of Ragtime".
Sigh.

Dictionaries behave differently for educational licenses and others.
Depending on how old the dictionaries are, the following should work:
Please rename (copies of) your old dictionary files so they match the
current names. Replace the dictionary files in your RagTime package by
the old files.
