Improvements

• RT-10338 - Improved display of grayscale pixel images.
• RT-10095 - Improved font style handling. (Solves some cases where documents looked different in RagTime 5 and 6.)
• RT-10340 - Display scale command was disabled if some palettes were open.
• RT-10359 - Fill settings could not be applied to groups of drawing objects.

Stability

• RT-10329 - Deleting a text component implicitly by creating a pipeline caused problems if that text was selected in inventory.
